Kim's forte is listing and staging. She is good about following up with other REALTORS as well. My overarching impression is that as my listing agent, she did not have my best interests at heart. While we got a full-price offer, I felt her recommended listing price was low and that she was more intent on selling quickly by giving in to prospective buyers' wants and wish lists rather than working to obtain the best possible selling price. After the contract signature, she was not responsive and was not very helpful in getting our paperwork notarized or recommending contractors.
We have been looking at Treesdale for years and have always wanted to move here. Houses that we were interested in came and went; REALTORS also came and went.
